Saturday mornings in our household often begin with some sort of pancakes for the kids. They always enjoy making them together as much as they enjoy eating them!.

This is our quick and simple recipe.

A quick and delicious almond flour pancake recipe

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, milk and extract together
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Turn on the stove to medium heat
  4. Place your pan onto the stove and add just enough oil to coat the pan (1/2 teaspoon)
  5. Pour in a 1/4 cup of the batter and cook until you start to see tiny bubbles forming on top of the surface of the pancake.
  6. Flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Almond flours vary greatly in texture. If your dough is too thick, add as much milk as you need to create a “pourable” consistency.
