While waiting, combine the following:;;1 and 1/2 cups flour;1/4 cup vegetable oil;1/2 teaspoon salt;;After the sponge begins to bubble, mix the second group of ingredients into the first group. ;Cover combined mixture and wait for it to double in size – but a minimum of 30 mins should be fine. ;Meanwhile, Preheat oven to 375.;Divide the dough into round balls of desired size and roll them flat.;Coat the surface with a mixture of za’atar and olive oil. ;Bake at 375 for 12 or so minutes, until the dough begins to rise and large mounds form on surface[/lt_recipe]
